looks like a good deal, especially cuz ive never seen illusion speakers for under 500
just wondering if 60 RMS watts is loud enough to hear while riding? thanks for the help

Buy a couple pair and give them about 100 watts rms and they will sound great in and around the boat. You might be able to hear them riding but barely.

agree w/ nu bu... i have the db651's. they are a good cheap(er) speaker and sound good in and around the boat, but you will barely be able to hear them while boarding... even when surfing. you might be able to hear them better while surfing if you have a FAE installed.
