I just got my new board in from CWB Warranty department. They (Amanda/Zane) stepped up and helped me out with a bad purchase and warranted a damaged board that I received. It just snowed over the weekend but the lakes aren't frozen yet. If the sun shows today we will be heading out 50 deg air and low 50's for water temp.

She should have got it, have you tried to send an email to the warranty department? Send another to the warranty dept and CC her on it, how about pictures, they asked me for some detailed pics of where my board was broken.

I would call the warranty department. CWB wasn't the greatest at responding to email from my experience. But once I called, they were great to deal with

yeah i sent pictures with the email, it is kind of hard to see tho, because it is broken in the foam, not on the fiberglass, i'll try the warranty department and then try calling, thanks for the help, sorry about the hijack

CWB warranty is top notch. I've been riding 09 Answers for the past couple weeks after I busted my 08's, no hassle whatsoever.

Thanks for posting their number and reminding me I needed to call them. Just got off the phone with Amanda on replacing my Zeus boots with wraps that don't include the recoil. Great service! I'll be dropping them off at the end of the month and they say they can get to it within a day! BTW, from what they said, they no longer have the 07 regular Zeus wraps. Only the limited edition.

Well I finally got a chance to get on the new board. The water was crap with the wind blowing but I had to ride this board. Coming from the Parks this board is a little looser but with the long molded fins hit finds the edge and sticks. The pop is great but I had a hard time with the landing when lot landing W2W. It's just the first time out and crap water, can't wait to get this board on smooth water! Also can check out more pics at wwwdownfortheride.com

No doubt CWB takes care of their customers, just look at the all the threads stating the exact same thing. Amanda has always taken care of me through email and over the phone.
