The blue nozzles that attach bags to hoses on my bertha ballast keep coming loose when I am riding. I tighten them as much as possible but it keeps happening. Anyone have a similar experience with bertha bags? Any ideas how to stop this from happening? Thanks in advance

Duct tape. I know the old joke… but it works.

I used a piece of duct tape on the treads of my ballast bags and then put on the waterbed fittings. It adds just enough material to act like a gasket and the fittings stay on tight. No leaks! I know some people have posted about permanently securing them with some type of glue… seemed like overkill to me.

What about the thin white teflon thread seal tape that you use on water fittings? What about maybe the blue color thread lock? I think blue is the weaker thread lock and the red is the ultra hold. Or try the Duct tape trick listed above.
