11.5mph... 1800lbs in the port rear corner, 200lbs in the center (stock), 750lbs on the port side in the bow, 300lbs in the center of the bow. Switchblade on 5, trim tab at 50%.

10.4 mph seems best. I put 1,000lbs in the back corner and 300lbs under the side seat. Then I put ~ 200lbs in the opposite corner to get more boat in the water (use an iPhone app to make sure we are at 6 degree tilt).

Nothing in the bow -- just use the trim tab to clean it up.
