2008 Wakeboarding Calendar

Does anyone know whether a 2008 wakeboarding calendar will be published? Google turns up zip on the subject. Last year's web site (www.wakeboardingcalendar.com) is no longer on line.

Liquid force has one available for 2008. Check wakeside, buywake, overtons, etc.

I was talking with Steve Hahn about doing a WakeWorld calendar. I know it's last minute and I wish we had thought of it earlier, but I think it could be pretty cool. Who would be interested?

Most likely we'd be cutting it pretty close. My question is how many people would buy it close to or just after the start of the year if they new it was coming.

Wouldn't mind seeing some thumbnails of the pictures you have in mind. I kind of like to have the new calendars in place at home and office by Jan 1. I could be swayed to wait if the thumbnails were especially promising.

And well, supporting Wakeworld is always good so that would factor in!

I'd get one even if I had to wait until Jan or Feb. I like the ideal of WWers submitting photos. It probably would not work due to time issues, but maybe 2009 we can do it.

I would be more interested in cool shots of user submitted photos, rather than photos of pros.

I would definately get one! That sounds sweet too about the photo competition but i also dont think theres enough time this year. I think it would be cool if there were a couple calendar options we could vote on this year and best one is chosen?

Dave, did you decide whether to publish a 2008 Wakeworld calendar? I'm short one calendar for my house. I'll hold off if you are going to publish one. Otherwise, I'll buy one from one of your sponsors.

Looks like we're not going to do it. We have to buy too large of a quantity to make it worthwhile and since we lagged and didn't get it together until late, I don't believe we'll be able to sell that quantity. I'm going to make sure we get on it early for 2008.

I like the idea of having a contest for photo submissions, so we'll have to put something together. I know this community can come up with 12 great pictures over the next nine months, so we should definitely do that.
