why arent they called monkey spins any longer. sounds more deliberate than off axis. plus who doesnt like to use the word monkey at every given chance?

i think its good to just call them what they are OA aka off axis spins..

there are already to many confusing and wrong names placed on tricks so off axis is best IMO..

Bill, although I see your point I like to refer to them as monkey spins in honor of Cordell. It creates a good opportunity to tell new folks about one of the coolest dudes ever.

it's cool and all, but marshall harrington was the first guy to spin off axis.

I just like to call them corked spins..
