Just wondering if anyone has remodeled their manual wedge so that their is more adjustments than just up or down. Does'nt look like it would take to much to do. Just weld a piece on and drill some holes for the settings. Has anyone done this?

Those have to be lined up perfectly. I tried to straighten one of the brass pieces with all of the necessary tools and it would not line up. Meaning the wake was washed on one side. Once a new lower Wedge was purchased and used as a replacement it worked just like new.

Someone on themalibucrew.com tried it. I don't think they ever got it to make the wake better than with it all the way down. I'm guessing the foil on the Power Wedge is at a different angle, or something.
