most local riders just get free product, maybe a little bonus for doing well in contests. some of the big name pros pull in some serious cash through their sponsors and contests.

patrick, you had another thread about being sponsored. is that your goal? if it is, lame. ride because you love to ride. if you're riding to get sponsored;

a. it won't happen,
b. you're riding for all the wrong reasons.

i was just wondering cause i am doing research for sponsored athletes, so i was wondering the average income and how difficult it is to get sponsored. dont get me wrong i would loved to be sponsored but thats not why is ride joe.
