I have found out yesterday that Folex works great on my boats upholstery. It is even way way better than Blue Magic leather and vinyl cleaner. Give is a shot. I had some mildew on the vinyl and it took it right off. I use a brush to get done in the veins of the vinyl. It looks great now.

Thanks Dave. I use Castrol SuperClean - you can get it at walmart for $7/gal (purple jug). VERY strong cleaning agent. I use it full strength with a brush - let is sit a minute then wipe up. Also works great. Actually, I use it on almost everything - except aluminum. Ruined my ATV wheels with it, so be careful around aluminum.

What Im looking for is a really good vinyl conditioner that will make upholstery cleaning even easier. I dont have mildew problems, but it does tend to get really dirty with sweat and sun tan lotion and kids and dogs and cheetos and .... lol you know what i mean...

I get all that. Try that Folex. It is cheap too. You can get it at home depot, safeway, target, etc. Let me know what you think!

Wanna know why it ruined your aluminum wheels? It's caustic, and it ate the protective coating that prevents the aluminum from oxidizing.

That chit is strong, it's Castrol's version of Purple Power and I imagine it will ruin your vinyl also.

The nice thing about the Exquisite is you don't need to follow with a conditioner as it doesn't strip anything from the vinyl. It cleans and conditions.

Tigemike is right about the purple cleaner I degrease engines with it . Don't let it dry on glass it will etch it. Way too strong for your interior it will also eat the stitching. You can use it on wheels but you must wet them first ,spray ,scrub and immediately rinse.

Malco's the way for deep cleaning followed by PB2 or 303. Exquisite or Babes is great for in between cleaning.
