my boat was running like crap the other day. pulled the plugs and found the #7 plug was missing the electrode. my question is what to do now? i would assume its in the cylinder any ideas on how to get it out?

Was it just the ground electrode, center electrode, or the whole end of the plug missing/burned away? Have these been recently installed? Got a pic!

Replace it and keep on going. It has done whatever damage it is going to do and passed out of the system.

The bigger worry IMHO is why did the electrode get lost? Was it just old and corroded? How did the other plugs look? Are you having problems with detonation?
