Not sure what I was expecting but it was ok. Would have liked to see some board or equipment companies there. All of the major boat brands were there(although I would have liked to see the ones that were missing: MB, Centurion, Supreme, and sanger). I had only been in some older nautiques and an older centurion, so getting to see the newer boats in person was pretty cool. I've never been a big fan of the Malibu lines (visually) but they were pretty nice inside. The Mastercrafts seemed a little better quality wise to me and the Supras were surprisingly nice to me. Didn't care much at all for the Moomba's. The Tige's were ok but they seemed a little pricey. The Axis( which I think if I were to get a new boat based on this show ) would be the one for me. I liked the simplicity and the features of the Axis line. Which brings me to the Nautiques, the 210and 230 were nice but a little pricey in comparison to what you get compared to the other brands, but the G series, holy crap.( I know they're WAY more money ) They were absolutely amazing machines. The quality and the standard features blew me away. The storage was incredible, my son ( who is 6 foot tall ) climbed into the passenger side storage locker and had room to move around in it ( even on the G21 ). I know I'll never be able to afford one but they got to be hands down the boat to have.

You didn't see MB, Supreme, Sanger or Centurion because those are all west coast boat companies and have very few dealers on the east coat. I'm in Minnesota and the only one of those even this far east is Centurion. With all the positive things being said about MB and Sanger I wish I could have a look at them.

Sanger is actively pursuing Eastern dealers.

In about 2 more years Ill be in the market for a new to me boat. Maybe by then I can find a good deal on one of the boats I saw today. The wife really liked the G and she'll be out of school and working by then so who knows? She really liked the A-22 as well and id be pretty happy with one of those.

Not that I know of. Haven't seen or heard of any here. Guess we will see if they are at the boat show.
