Had the first real get together down at the new place to ride in SD. The Lagoon is getting a complete make over and with Josh Cantor behind the wheel you know this place will be going off in no time. Bon fires, Parties, Events, Primiers, all of these things are in the works. Just hanging around last night we already got more added to the wakesports crew and had an awsome time meeting people. So everyone and anyone go swing by the lagoon and see whats going on or just stop by to say hello to Josh. So many great things are gonna be coming out of that place!!!!!! Can't wait

Sounds like it I'll be a fun place to hang out but the riding in the lagoon suck due to swarms of PWC's. I've been there on a weekday morning and been attacked by those stupid things... good luck though.

Geoff,

I up for checking out upcoming events at the lagoon. Is there an email list that Josh or Wakesports uses where they can send out email blasts about upcoming events? If not, at least encourage them to post on WW so we can get the scoop.

SoCalrider, the jet skis are limited to there own little corner of the lagoon so the water doesn't get to torn up by them, so it should still be the new premier spot in So Cal.

TSO- hey buddy, (760) 434-3089. thats your number to call there, it should still be the same otherwise call wakesports, (858) 277-5757 and we'll hook you up to. As of now i don't believe there are any events planned there but they are in the works, SoCal wakeboard event will still be at fiesta island for now and what, surprises will come and we'll be sure to let eveyone know, specially you

Congrats Josh, glad to hear you got it off the ground! I can't wait to come down and hit that up.

Josh had me under strict instructions not to tell a soul until he signed...lol.

Also, Scot Leverett is the head coach out there for Next Level Wakeboarding school. Scot gives great instruction, and can definitely tear it up as well.
