Lake Arenal in Costa Rica has a wakeboarding camp/school so I'm sure you could hook up with them for a ride. just google costa rica wakeboarding. I was just down in that area, didn't wakeboard but it's an awesome place.

Yo! I'm the owner of the wakeboardschool/camp at Lake Arenal; www.flyzone-cr.com. Let me know when you're in the area and let's ride!
When you're in Nicaragua, check out http://nicaactionsports.com/. I'm not aware of any wakeboarding in Honduras, but do have some contacts in Guatemala and El Salvador.
If you have time, move on to Panama where they have a System 2.0 at Pastrana's NitroCity.
Let me know if you need any more info about the region. Hope to see you in April!
