Do you put on your life jacket when you use the Dry suite.

I have a Boost dry suite. If you dont let all the air out you puff up like a marshmello and float quite nice. I guess if you were to hit the water hard enough you might be able to bust a seal and start taking in water and sink like a rock. My question is how many of you where a life jacket when you wear you dry suite?

I wear one under the suit as does everyone I've known.

I don't because there is so much air in the dry suit that I float without any effort. Don't feel uncomfortable no wearing one.

Non CGA vest with the drysuit, CGA while trunking it.

If nothing else, the vest gives you padding on falls.

most of the time I wear my non-CGA vest with my boost. I let most of the air out, I don't like it in there.

I wear a non-CGA vest in the summer too.

Yes i wear non cga with drysuit, why??

because ive seen peoples zippers rip or a suit get punctured and rip a huge hole in it,guess what the drysuit will fill up with water quick and you can sink...

better safe then sorry :-)

I never used to wear a vest under my dry suit because it was a lot constrictive. then I got a hefty fine. so now I have a non cga vest and were
it unde the dry suit. when the water is really cold, it helps to keep me warm
