Whats wrong with my boat

I have a 92 malibu euro f3 and it stopped running the other day. No fuel is getting to the engine. One suggestion was the fuel pump went out. Sound right? Is it easy to fix?

Electrical or mechanical pump. Could be several things, probably fuel pump.

not sure what kind of pump, not familiar with mechanics at all. its not in front of me now.
