Just found out I have patella tendonitis. So far I've been wearing just the straps that put pressure on the tendon. Does anyone have experience with this and can recommend the best best straps or braces for everyday use and riding. Thanks.

I don't have patellar tenditis, but I do have osgood-slater's and hhave torn both of my patella tendons,I would recommend just a foam and Velcro strap brace, cause they will bend and can be adjusted the situation.

The little straps are a pain in the ass for riding... i just did physical therapy a bunch, ride, then just make sure you pop some pain pills and ice
