im pretty stoked last weekend i tried to do a back flip for the first time and i nailed it after 8 trys all though the 7 falls really hurt but i was shock that i could do one conserding that was my first real trick i have ever tried

Congratulations, I can relate completely... I very clearly remember the feeling I had, after landing my 1st invert, I was completely stoked as well! I'm glad you finally nailed it, what's next? I went from the backroll to the tantrum, and surprisingly enough, I landed it on my 1st attempt... Give it a try; you might be able to do the same. However, I feel like I got lucky.

first invert is awesome. the next inverts arnt as big of a deal because they are easier to learn once you lose the fear of flipping.
