I don't know, but this might clear things up a little: NYX= 2003 premier/ 2004 Era Diva= Evo its just the graphics that are changed

It depends on her riding level too and if you want continuous or 3 stage for her.Let her demo boards if you can.

I got my lady a Diva, she was just starting to jump on an old ass CWB and when she got on the Diva she was practicing surface 1's and riding switch the first day with the new board. That's the only one I've seen used and she loves it, I don't know anything about the Nyx, but the Diva is a great board

I rode an Evo for a long time its a great board, but the best advice is to demo if possible.

Second the demo advice. Or you could just have your girl do what mine does. Buy / demo and give you the hand-me downs... Currently, she rides the LF Substance, which is a sweet board IMO.

My wife got a motive last summer and her confidence went through the roof. Started doing 180s, and w2ws within the first few times out on it. She wanted to go with a "chick" board, I think it was the diva, but a female pro(can't remember her name right now) happened to be at the shop doing demos when she went to buy it and talked her out of it and into the motive. She loves her board.

J-Rod how does your wife like the belmont? I ride the essence right now and I am considering buying the belmont.

I ride a 03 diva but I loved the 03 belmont and wish I had one for myself. I found the 01 or 02 motive fairly decent.

My wife rides the LF board and loves it. Swithched it to water bettys for a little more grip and she started w2w no prob. She can cut almost as hard as I do, and has no probs riding switch. My buddy's wife rides his trip 134 and loves it. she pretty much rides at the same level as my wife. Another friends wife rides a blindside five-o 133 or 34 I think... It's been pretty cool because they all push each other and have so much confidence. Don't just limit you self to chix boards, my wife rides one like I said, but she can rip on my Premier too.

My wife just switched from her 02 Essence 131 to a 00 Belmont 134. It made a huge difference to her. She was feeling stagnant on her old board, and now she's clearing the wake. Another girl in our crew rides the EVA 134, and she loves it. I agree with Brett. Don't limit yourself to the "chick" boards. It's a matter of preference. Three words for you- Demo,Demo,Demo!
