Sirius Tuner not talking to Head Unit -- CMD5

Have a Clarion CMD5 and am trying to hook up Sirius tuner (SCC1) through Clarion Sirius Interface (CLA-SC1), which instructions state is comaptible with CMD5.

Have Ce-Net connection HU to Interface and then the supplied mini-DIN cable from Interface to Sirius module.

SAT button becomes operable on head unit and display reads "SR1 ---".

But no weather station, no ability to change stations, no "acquiring", nothing.

Scrolling through menu on HU shows sirius ID 999999, but I have tried two different Sirius modules at this point and both show 999999, so doubt the issue is with tuner?

Any pointers would be awesome. Thank you.

Figured it out -- one of the pins in the mini-DIN cable was broken off.

New cable and it works like a charm.
