Anyone have any experience with companies like this? Is it worth it, or should I wait and replace everything?

As I understand it, it's not something most people can do easily on their own. But a real talent. Compare it to doing gel coat or airbrush work.

I have had small tears repaired on my old MC, eg; 1" or so. And it looked OK.... color matched perfectly. But texture & suppleness missed a bit.

YMMV

I would have a professional do it if it is a nice boat and you are trying to make it look good. It is not easy to match color and texture.... But each job is different...
