Nice way to fit 2-10's, and not worry about them getting damaged. My old '07 X-2.

Not your model MC, but it looks like it has room to put it in the bow walkway. Makes a GREAT rumble seat!

Just for clarification, it goes all the way under the bow filler cushion.

It'll make your (carbonated) drinks blow like a volcano!

In all seriousness, I think it has surprised a few people with how decent it sounds in that location. My former X10 had the driver kick panel sub and it just wouldn't get it, so since this was a DIY boat...

Paul, what do you do for weight in the nose? I've normally got a sack right there, but I really like that, it is nice.

I don't want to hijack Mike's thread, but there's a Fly High Integrated Bow Sac and 120lbs of lead in the bow.

The sub/box combo probably weighs and additional ~70lbs.

What happens if you take on water, lots of water, over the bow??? that wouldnt be good

Twitch,
I'm not at all concerned about the sub box if I were to take on water. The entire box is sealed with fiberglass resin and MC put in a floor drain that resides under the sub box. Plus, I think most good speakers nowadays are made with materials (not paper) that can take a little bit of the elements.

Oh I see, yeah that makes sense.
