Adjusting the throttle linkage on Sanger V-210

I have a 02 V-210 that I need to adjust the throttle in reverse. The problem is when I put the drive into reverse there is a gap between going into gear and when the throttle comes on. I want the throttle to began to come on just after it slides into gear like when its in forward. I've looked at the morse shifter and could not see any adjustment there. Is there a instruction manual on line anyone knows of? Has anyone made this adjustment before that could enlighten me?
