Service - Northern California

Since we all have had issues with service in the past, I thought it would be good to let you know I actually had excellent service recently.

Many of you know Charles "Eudy" Eudy from his days working at the Mastercraft dealership in Pleasanton. He has spun out Eudy's Marine in Livermore and he is offering full service across the board.

I just had some difficult fiberglass work done, perfect pass installed and he worked with Mastercraft warranty to get $500 credit towards fixing the "porposing" problem I had on my 2001 MC209. He called me a couple times a week to let me know about the progress (he actually texted me pictures) on my boat and delivered it back to me clean as a whistle. He took the time to walk through the repairs, showed me the details on how to operate the perfect pass and delivered my boat to my storage facility.

I love helping out "the small shop" who gives excellent service. If you happen to be looking for service in Nor Cal, I would recommend giving him a try.
