My son has just learned to Wakeboard using a friends board. Now he wants one of his own. He's done it probably 6 times now and can get out of the water and go outside the wake at 16 - 18 mph. I was surprised at the cost of boards and bindings.

I want to buy him a decent board good enough to last him a year or two. I figure if I go too cheap, it won't ride as well. Could you suggest board/binding (or package) and maybe a good retailer (bricks and/or online). I have done some research but, really not sure it has been helpful.

A this point any advice is welcome... Thanks

PS. By decent I mean something that is of good value and he can grow into a little since he is just beginning..
