Trouble with center ballast...

Center ballast not filling... Help! Pump doesnt even spin.. any Idea where should I start.

test for power to the pump. blown fuse probably.

easy test on the x-2...unplug a pump that is working and plug it into the pump that is not working...if it works you know it's a fuse or the wiring.

or use a test light...

Based on his post, if he has no idea where to start I doubt he owns a test light? good laymans test Adam.
