Rocks!!!!!

I bought D3's and soon after one of the Inserts Ripped, Understandable as I am hard on booties.

I emailed Slingshot Witha picture of what happened. 3 days later i got an email saying they were going to take care of me.

a week later I got not One set But two sets of new inserts, along with new laces and lace locks.

They went above and beyond IMO. and I couln't be happier.
