That would be amazing. Might as well powder coat the windshield frame white or orange as well.

I thought about it, but now that I see the way it turned out, I think I will keep it the way it is. I am adding an extra large bimini and I think I will have it in these colors...

Nice, congratulations... I have to say coming from a Sanger guy I was very impressed with the MB's at the LA Boat show. They seem to be figuring out how to put out a nice boat at an affordable price in this current market. Good luck with the new ride!

Great looking boat! One of the combos I am considering if I decide to pull the trigger on a 23.
Thats a monster bimini. Just curious why you need one so large? Please post pics once its installed.
Congrats. Come on summer!

I have another post started about that same question. Short answer is because the Arizona sun is brutal. Oh, and that one in the above picture is a lot longer than I am going to add. I only posted because the colors are similar to what I am thinking about.

That is the exact same color I would go with! Except the gray Xs in the lounge area by the cup holders I would have been orange too. Is this gonna replace the red n white Tige I always see out there?

Not sure what you mean by red and white Tige. I don't have a red and white Tige.

Congrats on the new Tomcat. You'll love the boat. Reboats here in Utah sold a pantload of MB's at the Utah Boat Show. It was a great year. It'll be great seeing these new boats out on the lakes this summer. Good luck with the Bimini. Certain others on the owners forum may question your decision, but I say if that's what you want, because YOUR experience tells you that's what you need, then have at it. Better to enjoy the boat, than burn up the guests.

Woops! Sorry! I brushed through this and saw sky ski in the name + Arizona in your reasons for large bimini and just thought you were one of the guys out at the lakes here that have that 24 ft Tige (red n white) that solely do the chair

No problem. I was thinking maybe I misplaced a boat somewhere.

also a little off topic but maybe you would know. I read on one of these mb posts that the f21 beam is 2" narrower than the 21twb, any truth to that? if so is it noticeable? their website has them both the same?

I haven't heard anyone say it was narrower - I have been told and also saw on their website that they are both the same at 100". The 23 Tomcat is 104" according to the website.

Yeah, I tried to keep it just enough. I am really trying not to add too much more orange. I have been thinking about the bimini being orange and silver, but I need to really think about it before I make that decision. The orange is a really overpowering color and I could easily go overboard if I don't watch out.

I had heard that the TWB was 102" being 2" wider then the F21 but the website says 100' on both boat specs.

The cabin interior of the 21WB is wider than the F21. How much I am unsure. But, one is giving up cabin space for bow space with the F21 styling.

Lots of speculation / misinformation on width measurements. Just to set the record straight, here are the beam measurements of the three current MB models:
* F21 Tomcat: 100"
* B52 21 Wide Body: 100"
* B52 23 Wide Body: 100"
They all have exactly the same beam... that is to say, they are all 100" from rubrail to rubrail. But there are more factors to interior width than simply the beam measurement. For example, the angle of the topdeck above the rubrail. Also the width of the gunnel and the thickness of the seatback cushion.
When you hear people say that the F21 has less interior room, they are referring to the fact that it has wider gunnels than the B52's. That yields 2-3" narrower interior.
I have owned both models. The difference is not really noticable.
