wat sould i get the kampus k-39 or save up for money and get a liberation or a intergrity?

What level are you at? If you have to save up then you should buy the Kampus board. Why wait? The last two boards you mentioned are great products, but the Kampus will most likely meet your needs. George Daniels killed it on that board.
