That makes people do such strange things.

The Shasta 05 hair cut is now complete.

And we have enough alcohol to act as stupid as I look.

Twenty four hours and counting.

We'll have the lake to ourselves now that all the fourth of July campers have gone home.

What arm are you going to be on? I just got back from the first of a few trips to Shasta that I take every year and the Pitt was glass, as always, although I camped on the Sac arm, and the water was crap.

Mark did you see the runabout sitting on top of the pontoon boat on Sunday the 3rd? Three people went to the hospital and I heard one guy died.

I never go anywhere else but the Pit Arm. We're going to be there all week, and the week after the fourth is the quietest week of the summer so we usually get perfect water conditions.

Mark, I'm serious. It's sad. One minute a family is out on on pontoon enjoying themselves, the next some fool crashes into them.

People need to pay attention to where they are driving.

Very sad. They still have not found the body of the driver of the patio boat. He was a guy from Red Bluff. That picture is after they were towed in. It happened near Jones Valley in deep water. Sheriffs dept is getting cadaver dogs to try to find him. Driver of the ski boat is being charged with manslaughter.
