Vinyl stickers

I am looking for someone to convert these images into white vinyl stickers. I would like two of each and for them to be about 8" square. I'd also like the circle removed from the first one.

They are for the sides of my boat.

I will pay a reasonable fee.

depending on the difficulty of converting the images into a usable format, it would be $20-30 plus shipping....How smooth do you want the edges to be? They are pretty rough in the pic.....The white in the pic needs to be white vinyl....right....excluding the circle on pic 1..
