Im workin on it. Cant land it yet. But iv learnded from my mistakes and you need to look at the tower just as your takeing off the wake. Some times I do it b4 I take off but ya. Still working on mine.

Best thing to do is to look at the boat and let your legs go behind you. Practice on a trampoline if you can.

That happened to me once when I was learning and it was because I didn't hold onto the rope so the momentum carried me around. It wasn't till I got that down that the bad crashes happened. Have fun and good luck staying out of the hospital.

This is what goes through my mind.

1. Load the line
2. Dont forget to jump
3. Look at the tower.
4. Bring it down.
-Don't look over at the landing it will cause you to spin. It's called stargazing.

you're probably letting go with your lead hand and star gazing

if your front foot flies behind you (like it sounds like your doing) you are too haevy on your back foot when leaving the wake.

Keep you weight even on both front and back legs when poping off the wake, and you'll do the raley without start gazing.

The same is true if your front foot heavy, but you'll rotate or glide the other direction.

If you try to throw it at the bottom of the wake your going to spin super fast like a really laid out back roll that you land on your back, if you anticipate the trick and look up and over the wake to where your gonna land your going to spin like a backroll,if ya watch video of yourself you will probably see your board cutting up and away through the wake and your already in a leaned out position with your legs twisted already and wham spinning and landing on your back. Look at the wake, line up your jump and then look at the boat this will keep you from spinning. My first few where like that and then i over compensated and landed on my back going the other way like a Sbend, it was a rough first few attempts.
