How do you guys have you loans through, and if I may ask, what's the terms and interest rate? I'm looking for a 15 year loan.

We were recently quoted 10% down 6% simple interest for 15 yrs. This was through the dealership's choice of finance co. You should check with your own bank as well.

Bank of the West, 6.25% 12 yr.

you can get an equity line on your home... pay cash, then use the equity line as a write off! Plus rates are low now

Don't forget that if you get a boat with a toilet in it, it can be considered a vacation home and the interest can be deducted off of your tax.
