Heater core is busted once again, I had a radiator shop repair it for 60 bucks a couple years ago, now its leaking again. Where is the cheapest place to get a replacement? On line or a local dealer?

Pull it out and take it in to your local auto parts store to match up. Just buy a new one. I replaced my dual port several years ago and also made a homemade heater with one. I think the core is a '69 Ford van for the dual. Don't know for the triple. They're like $35.

I've done the same thing. Once on my MC205. Another time on a buddies' Malibu Vride. Napa heater core p/n 6603100.

Gotta verify that the box is installed with the hoses on the bottom edge so it will drain by gravity right.

Same thing here, matched up to a Ford F100 or something and was $30 or less.
