I've been learning many things from the disussion board, thanks to all. Here is my first post. I have a 83 ski supreme with a pole and usually 400-500 lbs. of water in the back. Is this enought weight or should more be added? Is there another reader with a similar boat that can provide info on their set up. Weight in boat, rope length, speed. Sorry for the lenghty question.

Every boat is different..but if you can borrow an extra sack or 2 and put one on each side of the engine. Then you can throw another maybe in the bow and move them all about...kinda like the hokey pokey. I'm running 2 600 lb.ers on each side of my engine and want to see what it'd be like w/ another few 100 lbs. up front...but filling all the sacks each time is a pain.....I need to automate my system.....

anyway..good luck!
