They are very loud and clear when properly powered. Can easily be heard 100 feet behind the boat at riding speed clearly. Loudest tower speaker I have heard hands down. They need 300 watts RMS each.
Are you asking what amp to use with tower speakers or what amp to use with 4(quantity) tower speakers. Either way the possibility's are endless.
For one pair of Rev10's get one SYN 4 (400w per speaker).
For two pair of REV 10's a SD2 (310w per speaker) is recommended or dual SYN 4's (400w per speaker) .
I have 4 rev 10's. They are exactly what I was looking for: a louder replacement for my existing tower speakers. I had 6 tower speakers before. (don't wanna say which brand but, no slouch of a brand) and the Rev 10's blow doors. Same amp that powered the previous 6 speakers but I literally have three times the volume. It's a no brainier. As for the amp... I used my existing arc audio amp. Not sure which model. Pm me if someone else can't give you good amp advice.
I have 4 rev 10's powered by an SD2. They sound amazing. I've had pro485's and rev 410's in the past. I believe that 4 rev10's sound every bit as good as the rev 410's - maybe even better. Now, that may be attributable to the SD2, but I'm very happy. Tons of midrange and a smooth transition to highs. Expensive, but worth it.

The Wetsounds Rev10s are in a size category by themselves. Alternatives will have a smaller 8-inch midbass versus the much larger surface area of the 10-inch Rev. Surface area translates directly to output and you cannot produce as much of it with less. The Rev10 has a larger pod displacement, and this plus the surface area translates to midbass extension. You can't go as deep or as warm with less. More quantity can make up for output (not that it's cost-effective) but more quantity cannot change the low end extension.
As for power....if you had amplification to each Rev 10-inch that was an honest 200 watts with a 12.5 volt supply, it would be very impressive. That's the acceptable minimum based on sensitivity and expectations. The acceptable maximum power based on thermal capacity is around 400 watts per speaker with a 12.5 volt supply.
One Wetsounds SD2 runs four Rev10s very well. Two Syn4s bridged to four Rev10s gives you another 1+ dB output. Not giant in terms of continuous output. But great for those who cannot get enough dynamic headroom.....and I am one of those. I never want to hear the amplifier limit.
I have 4 Rev 10s and they are LOUD and CLEAR! I had a syn 4 powering each pair. However I am currently having 2 SD6s installed to replace the 3 syn 4s I had running the tower and in boats. So now each Rev 10 will be getting 585 watts of power. I will definitely keep my amp gains low and slap anyone messing with my volume controls without permission!!!

Yes, Wetsounds' customer service cannot be beat. I can't tell you how many times Omar, Justin or the other guys have answered questions for me and steered me in the right direction.
Just added a pair of them this summer and was contemplating them due to price. After having them this whole summer I have gotten tons of compliments and would not get anything but those if I had to do it again. I have had friends ride behind my boat and said it was like wearing a pair of headphones

If you can afford four Rev 10's, for Pete sake buy a quality amp! A 500 Watt amp for four Rev 10's is an insult. Buying quality speakers and cheaping out on everything else is not gonna get it done. Your system is only as good as its weakest link.
