Delta closing for summer?

I saw this in another thread:

"damn just got the letter in the mail today about the delta closing for the summer to do water tests =( guess its a big deal so its wheatever just thought id give the warning to all"

I think its BS and some pees on WW are just trying to scare people away from riding where they ride BUT...

if this is true will someone post a link to information on this, or scan and post/email a copy of the letter?

you must have missed the previous comments al. someone said that this summer will be awsome when all the lakes are closed. thats why i said that the delta was going to be closed.
