MY 89 SUNSPORT IS TOO LOUD.

I Just picked up a sweet 89 Supra sunsport but the engine is way too loud at idle and just going slow I cant here my tunes. Any one got any ideas on how to fix it???

Bigger amp

replace the mufflers. on some older boats it's a fairly labor intensive procedure , on other's it's a breeze.

we put rubber 90 degree hose on our older boat, they are cut off flush with the bottom of the hull, makes it a ton quieter. went on with a hose clamp. doesnt look too bad, function over form.
