Anyone riding in Minnesota yet?

My boat is still in the shop getting a new tranny otherwise I would have been riding since last thurs when the lake finally opened up. Hopefully, tomorrow or friday. Anyone else riding?

Big marine, about 30 min north-north east of st paul. My extened family has 2 cabins up there. Just east of Forest Lake.

Im not riding yet, the ice at my cabin is still holdin up. Plus when the water is cold and you eat it its like hitting pavement. But good have fun anyways. Ill be out as soon as we get our boat back and the ice is gone. Peace

Well, I rode today! It was so damn cold. But first time for everything I guess. Just wanted to share with you how stoked I am about it. Probably going back out tomorrow if it is not raining. Time to go drink off my soreness. I hadn't realized until today how out of shape I am and how much core strenght boarding requires as well as builds you. Damn

DAMN, You were trunkin it! I was complaining about wearing a drysuit and still being cold. Water temp at my lake cant be past 40 degrees, i bet tonka is around the same.

Im itchin to get out and ride. Ive seen about 4 people so far riding and its making me go crazy. I dont got a drysuit so I might have to wait till it gets a little bit warmer.

I wanna ride today agian but my friends are sallys. I think we are playing golf today instead. It is still really cold even with the drysuit. My hands and toes are still cold. But it was worth it. Everyone who lives on the lake came out of their house to see what was going on. We were the only ones on the lake. It was fun.

No, we wanted to keep our options open. The was alot of hours and quit a few minor problems. Were thinking about buying our neighbors mastercraft tristar from him. By the way I went out in the water and it wasnt to bad, considering its 87 degrees out.
