Need advice on boat

Hey guys. I am looking at getting into a boat for this coming summer and found one locally that I am really interested in and was lookin for some input on what you guys thought. My budeget is not huge but I think I could make it work. Im lookin to spend in the 30k area and I found this one locally.

Guy is asking 35k, I know him from high school and have been on the boat before. Just wondering what you guys would pay for something like this. My old boat is a 1991 17 ft 150 horse forester I/O that had sandbags and a welded together pylon on it so anything is a step up for me. Any input is greatly appreciated!!! THANKS!!!

Guide pole covers AND Wakeboard racks, that thing is loaded! I'd check it with NADA.com and offer him at least 4 grand less then the value. With the economy at its present state, and being January, it is a total buyers market. Good luck with your purchase.

Plus the Moomba LSV is a sick wake, definantly cant go wrong. Especially with the gravity III ballast
