Last weekend I noticed my hour counter reset to 0 on my boat. I hae an 03 Tige 21ir with the Merc 350 mpi. Has anyone experienced this before? Possible causes?

I have heard some of the faria gauges have been known to do this due to low voltage.

mine did too,i just tell everyone my boat has "zero" hours on it,lol!

I bought my 03 used and 2 days after I bought it it reset. You can still get the real hrs. by scaning the ecm.

Don't worry about it. The ECM stores it.
