Wow! That brings back memories...Late 97-98 Jet Pilot made them. We still have them somewhere in the archives...probably right next to the Phat Buddy wake bag that was like having a dead elephant in the back of your boat.

Why? Why Not? I used to have some back in the day. We all thought it looked cool then. There was no real purpose to them, like a lot of things it was just about style at the time. Oh the wakeboarding fads. lol

I still have a pair of shane's pants. I still wear them all the time in spring and fall under my drysuit, they work great for that. My crew keeps wanting me to bust them out for regular ride but I haven't.

It would be too funny if someone rode in a competition recently wearing a pair of those things. Some mad style points right there.

I'm guilty of sporting a pair of atrocious 80's neon weight lifting pants. You can ask the people I rode Shasta with in 06... or the people that were at Nationals in Edmonton in 06. 06 was the year of hammer pants of blazing neon, what can I say? It was fun!

"You think anybody wants a roundhouse kick to the face while I'm wearing these bad boys?"
