Is the Orion 1200D a good amp to power 2 10" Kicker L7s??

I'm not an audio expert, but I would say no. I'm currently using the Orion 1200D for a single JL12w6, which provides 725W at 2 ohms. If you were to wire the L7s in parallel, this would only give you a little over 300W to each sub at 2 ohms (feasible, but not optimal). I would lean toward the Orion 2500D, which can run 850W at 2 ohms to each sub.

Matt, if the L7s are 4ohm DVC then that amp will be good. If you wire 2 4ohm DVC subs in parallel you will be running at 1ohm. http://mobile.jlaudio.com/support_pages.php?page_id=161 This will give you 1200 watts of power to both subs.
