Anybody know the height of the boat on the standard trailer? Will it fit under a 10' door?

Thanks in advance,
Cal

It would be close. I believe the door where I store mine is 11-12 feet with no problem clearing. If I get out to the garage this week I will measure. Is it on a tandem or single axle? I think the single axle sits a little higher.

If you are talking with the tower down, no problem. I think it is under 8' with the tower down. I have also heard that the single axle trailer has bigger tires than the tandem, so it is actually lower with the tandem.

Yeah, with the tower down it shouldn't be an issue. No-go with the tower up.

We have an 05 Supra 21v and it almost fit. We have to unscrew the tow ball light and it fits! Don't know if this helps or not.

The X2 is on the stock tandem trailer. When sitting next to my Supra 22SSV, the X2 looks to be about 3-4 inches shorter. My Supra is about 10'4" with the tower up -- which puts the X2 right at 10'??

Measuring is difficult without a fixed position like a door to compare to...

And yes, I'm hoping for the tower-up measurement.

Our 21v was about 10'2" with the light and right at 10' without the light on the top of the tow ball. Even with the light removed, mine rubs the weather stripping on the way in.

cal,
take a level and hold it at the top of the tower ball and get it level and then run a tape measure to the ground.. my guess is you will be real close... you should also be able to get an inch or two by messing with the torsion screws on the trailer.
good luck and let me know what you get it taped at... my garage is 9'11" and just curious what future boats might squeeze in there without lowering the tower...

i measured one the other day and it was exactly 10' so if u have an inch or so to spare u will be fine

I just hitched up the boat, pulled it out, and took measurements. Good news -- The X2 is 9'10" on level ground, and 9'9" when entering the garage (mine is on a hill) -- so it will fit in a 10' door. Thank you guys for all your help, and hopefully this helps somebody else out in the future. And Tyler, now you know you've got another option!

Adam,
The big thing is the angle of the driveway leading up to the garage. The x2 went in the garage where I kept it with about 1/2 inch to spare. Good luck!
