Okay so I was trying to awswer the Bent Felix track listing thread and I came accros this after a search in yahoo. WTF, when did this start? I am not sure if this is a good thing or not. Its cool that it gets wakeboarding to the masses, but I like the fact you have to order vids from sidewayz or other stores, or go into your local shop to get vids. What does everyone think, target good or target bad for wakeboarding.

Not sure wether it hurts or helps but I saw Running With Scissors in Fry's grocery mart a couple months ago.

While I think it hurts the local shops like you said Andy, I think for the directors, riders, producers etc, it is a good thing. Increasing sales of your vids can only help the pocketbook, just my opinion though even though I compete with big-box stores all the time.

Good for wakeboarding. Local shops make hardly any money on videos. What 10bucks each video they sell? More exposure for the sport I think is better than the local shops missing out on a few bucks. Maybe a return to summer X-games this year or next if wakeboarding keeps getting bigger.

Do most riders get paid for the videos? I did not think they get a dime from them.
