Hey, I just got done putting 2 new cylinder heads on my boat due to overheating and cracking one...it is a 1986 PCM Ford 351W...my question is what type of breakin do I have to do to it? I've changed the oil twice so far to make sure that there is no water still in there when the head and gasket went...but now ready to get back out there and start doing some wakeboarding...any help would be greatly appreciated...

If all you did was heads, there's really no break-in period. Break in applies to rings and bearings mainly.

well lets see, first load the boat down with ballast then go wakeboarding, it will break in as you ride. Seating the piston rings is more important than valves.

Edit: yeah what he said!
