DIY fiberglass speaker box?

Ok, so I have seen people who have made their own tower boxes on this site. I was wondering if they could give me a list of things I need and some basic instructions on how to build my own. I am going to be using my 6.5" sony explod speakers. I have a basic idea of how to do. Build a frame, put nylon fabric on it, and fiberglass it till its thick.

I just saw a DIY TV show on how to build a figerglass radio box for a boat. It turned out looking pretty good, and maybe the same contruction approach could be used for a speaker box.

I saw the post here on DIY speaker boxes. Im think about making 2 dual 6.5" speaker boxes. Im just going to take my existing PVC tubes and add some supports and combine the two tubes into one box.
