Lost & Found advice

so I am looking for some advice regarding an item I found at a park on sunday morning.

I found a Sony a350 DSLR camera lying in a playground. no one was there, so I took it home with me. I immediately posted an ad on craigslist saying that I found a camera in a certain part of town, and if someone would contact me with the type of camera and pictures that I can find on it, I would gladly return it to them immediately. I know if I lost a camera with potential "memories" on it, I would hope that someone would return it to me.
what is the protocol on time limitations for something like this? a week, a month? I am actually getting emails from people asking if I am willing to sell it. (people are such scum. they dont even know the type of camera I found)
sadly, I am thinking based on the pictures that were on the camera, I would give it a week. they were from a halloween party, and showed lots of pictures of guys throwing gang signs, and smoking weed, and just being outright lame.

anyways, I would love to hear some thoughts from my WW peeps on this.

ya, I'd maybe give it a couple weeks and after that it's yours in my mind.

Stick a flyer up at the playground. Beyond that there is nothing you can do.

Probably stolen anyway based the photos you found.
Don't loose any more sleep.

Hopefully whoever had it stolen by those that were taking the pictures see's your ad
