i am looking at buying a 73 ski nautique. the engine has been totally refurbished and is in excellent condition. it has towers and fat sacks. it is going for 3500 is this a good deal or is it too old. i think it has wood floor is that i problem even if i put new carpet down?

My buddy has the same year, great wake. Narrow so you may need a little more rope, but a great wake.

The floor and stringers would be where my worry is? Get down and really check these out. If you have to replace the stringers, you will rue the day 3500 seemed a bargain. On the other hand, if the stringers are good and the glass is not cracking on them, you can always pull replace just the floor and carpet. I am speaking from experience so please ask if you want anymore information on specific things to look at.
