My father in law is looking to get a new 2010 board this fall when they go on clearance. He's 6' and 220lbs. Likes a loose fast board. Rides an 09 Lyman finless now and likes it. He's chipped the fins up and just wants to get/try out a new board. Suggestions for him?

If he is already riding a lyman your not going to get much looser or faster then that besides the Marek, I ride the Ronix BIll right now and that boards is fast too but its not loose and tracks really hard

How about something in the CWB line? How's the Marius finless? I had an 07, but the shape changed after that sometime. Seems like a wider board too, more surface area for us bigger guys

The 143 Humanoid. The board is moderately loose with fins, looser than my Lyman without fins.
