I have a buddy in need of a tilt steering assembly for his 97 Malibu Response. Where is the best place to order this part from? Thanks.

Skidim.com carries them, and will likely be far less cost and hassle.

Sweet. Thanks guys. I'll be checking both of them out. We are 2.5hrs away from a Malibu dealer and they dropped the ball on us over this so we are doing it ourselves. It's also cheaper getting parts out of the US.
